We spent many a late night working out a special process for a perfect crisp that has the genuine mouth puckering freshness and taste of real cider vinegar. No compromises and no nasties, it’s the real deal. Now try coupling this with your favorite white fish! What a treat!
- 4 (6-ounce) Halibut fillets (or another firm white fish)
- 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
- Biogro Certified Pacific Flaky Sea Salt
- ½ 140g package of Cider Vinegar & Sea Salt Proper Crisps (crushed)
- 1/2 cup light ranch dressing
Preheat oven to 400°. Arrange fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush 1/2 teaspoon Olive Oil over top of each fillet; sprinkle evenly with Biogro Certified Pacific Flaky Sea Salt. Gently press about 2 tablespoons crushed Cider Vinegar & Sea Salt Proper Crisps evenly on top of each fillet. Cook fish at 400° for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve with ranch dressing.
